Mid-Florida Cardiology Specialists will assist you in any way that we can with your insurance plan. We participate in a large number of plans. A few of them are listed here:

Since we are unable to list all of the various plans we participate in, please feel free to give us a call at (407) 351-5384, extensions 2304, 2307, or 2308. We will be happy to answer any of your questions.

It is also important to remember that a large number of insurance plans require authorization for seeing a specialist, as well as authorization for procedures or testing. Please make yourself aware of your insurance plan requirements prior to your appointment.
